What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.

This can include information about how you engage with our services such as device information, IP address and location. If you are purchasing through our online store, we will collect financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including by email, telephone and via our website and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you and marketing.
Finlay’s Kalbarri uses Stripe to service payments for our products and services. We receive only information used for order fulfillment.
Stripe collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, post code and payment information to enable payment processing for your purchase. You may access Stripe’s Privacy Policy here. Upon making a purchase via Stripe, you will receive e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you provide during your purchase.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Finlay’s Kalbarri will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
